	February 2006 – Jonathan Tycko Publishes Article On Responding To Falsification Of Evidence An article written by Jonathan Tycko, titled “Responding To Falsification Of Evidence,” was published in the Winter 2006 newsletter of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation, Committee on Corporate Counsel. In this article, Mr. Tycko addresses the problem of falsification of evidence (including perjured testimony, forged documents, and intentional destruction of evidence) in civil litigation, and surveys possible responses to such falsification.
