Anna Hsia

Anna Hsia earned her law degree from Harvard Law School in 2004, where she was an Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review, pre-law tutor for Harvard University, and a student attorney for Harvard Law School’s Tenant Advocacy Project.  She received a B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating summa cum laude and with Phi Beta Kappa honors.

Prior to joining Tycko & Zavareei in January 2008, Ms. Hsia practiced law in Los Angeles with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, one of the nation’s top business litigation firms.  Ms. Hsia has experience in class action litigation, securities fraud litigation, contract disputes, trademark infringement litigation, and employment litigation.

Other legal experience also includes clinical work in employment law with the Wilmer Hale Legal Services Center and as a law student attorney for the San Francisco Office of the Public Defender.

Ms. Hsia is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the State Bar of California. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
