The U.S. Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Agency recently uncovered multiple instances of “Energy Star fraud,” or fraud perpetrated by manufacturers who misrepresented that their products were efficient enough to receive an Energy Star label. Tycko & Zavareei recently launched an Energy Star fraud website to provide information about these instances of fraud.
