New York Consumer Protection Board Issues Consumer Warning Against Test Masters Educational Services for Activities Similar to that Alleged in Case Brought By Tycko & Zavareei LLP

Alerted to the fraudulent practices of Test Masters Educational Services (TES) by defrauded consumers and Tycko & Zavareei’s lawsuit against the company, the New York Consumer Protection Board issued a warning to consumers regarding TES’s marketing practices in an effort to prevent other aspiring law students from being tricked into signing up for the wrong LSAT course.
