Newspapers Throughout the Country Report on LSAT Scam Undertaken by Defendant Test Masters Educational Services (TES) in Case Brought by Tycko & Zavareei LLP on Behalf of D.C. Students

Tycko & Zavareei LLP brought suit against TES in July of 2004 on behalf of students who claimed they had been defrauded by an imposter LSAT Test Preparation Company, posing as the nationally known TestMasters. TES’s conduct, and its impact on law school applicants has been widely reported throughout the country.
