Tycko & Zavareei LLP presents oral argument to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in the case of 2200 M Street LLC, et al. v. Mackell, et al.

Our firm represents the owner of a condominium unit at the Ritz-Carlton Condominiums in Washington, D.C., also known as “Millennium Square.” The case arises out of alleged design and construction defects that led to significant water intrusion and mold growth in the Ritz-Carlton Condominiums. Numerous condominium unit owners have brought suit against the developers of that condominium, Millennium Partners. The appeal relates to whether the condominium unit owners may be forced into arbitration of their claims, or may instead pursue those claims in court.
