Judge Alprin of the D.C. Superior Court Issued Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in Weiss v. Home Consulting Plus, Inc., d/b/a Housing Made Simple

In this case, Tycko & Zavareei LLP represented individual homeowners and a subcontractor who had been victimized by a home improvement company known as Housing Made Simple. Jonathan Tycko acted as lead trial lawyer. Following the trial, Judge Alprin found in favor of our clients and awarded over $123,140.00 plus interest and attorneys fees against both Housing Made Simple and its owners, Patrick Carr and Brian Carr.
