Bank and Credit Union COVID-19 Financial Relief

If you requested financial hardship relief from certain banks or credit unions, and were not provided that relief, you may have a legal claim.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and resulting economic hardship, and at the request of the Federal and State governments, many banks and credit unions are purporting to offer relief for customers affected by the crisis. These institutions include Bank of America, TD Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Capital One, and Navy Federal Credit Union.

If you are suffering financial hardship and have requested relief from one of these financial institutions, and the bank or credit union did not offer you the requested relief, we want to hear from you.
