Bank of America Card Replacement Fees

Have you ever been charged a card replacement fee by Bank of America after reporting a fraudulent transaction or other suspicious activity on your account?  Tycko & Zavareei is currently investigating reports that Bank of America charges its customers fees ranging from $5 to $20 for replacement cards after they report that their accounts have been compromised. This practice may violate certain federal and state laws meant to protect consumers from liability when they report unauthorized account activity to their banks.
