CarInsurance.Net Robocall Investigation

If you received unwanted phone calls, robocalls, or text messages from CarInsurance.net, you may have a legal claim.

We are investigating CarInsurance.Net’s practices for making unwanted phone calls, robocalls, or text messages to consumers in violation of people’s privacy rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

The TCPA prohibits unwanted communications to consumers such as:

  • “Robocalls” or calls that use prerecorded voices or are made through automating dialing technology, including calls that go to voicemail;
  • Unsolicited text messages;
  • Calls to numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry or “do-not-call” lists.
