Defective Airbag Investigation

We are investigating the possibility of legal action against the manufacturers of automobiles with potentially dangerous airbags. Last week, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration put out a recall notice for defective airbags in more than 4.7 million vehicles.  Media reports indicate that at least four people have died when the airbags in their cars exploded and sprayed them with metal fragments.  These faulty airbags pose an immediate safety threat, and may significantly diminish the value of your vehicle.

The airbags are made by a Japanese company called Takata and are in place in some Toyota, Honda, Mazda, BMW, Nissan and General Motors models. If you, a friend, or a family member owns any of the following vehicles, contact your car dealer.  Also, please contact us immediately so that we may consider you for inclusion in a lawsuit by completing the form at the bottom of this page.
