If your minor child downloaded and played the popular Words With Friends or Draw Something mobile games before September 2019, they may have a legal claim.

Did your minor child create an account to play Words With Friends or Draw Something prior to September 2019? If so, the personal information provided when creating your child’s account—including name, email address, password, phone number, and Facebook ID—may have been exposed in a 2019 data breach of Zynga, Inc., the maker of these popular mobile games.

The Zynga Data Breach exposed the personal information provided by over 173 million users who created accounts to play Words With Friends and/or Draw Something.
