Contact Lenses Overcharge Investigation

Attention California Consumer:

If you have purchased CooperVision brand contact lenses from September 2014 through the present, you may have been overcharged without your knowledge.  We are investigating the practice of several large contact lens manufacturers (including CooperVision), who may have unlawfully fixed prices on contact lenses, forcing discount stores to raise prices.

By requiring all retailers to sell contact lenses at the same price, certain contact lens manufacturers may have eliminated the lower prices offered to consumers by discount retailers. As a result, consumers that purchased contact lenses from discount retailers may have seen their prices for contact lenses increase.

If you have purchased any of the following contact lenses (Clariti 1-Day, Clariti 1-Day Multifocal, Clariti 1-Day Toric, or MyDay Daily Disposable), please contact us immediately.  Purchasers of one or more of these products may have a claim for damages.

Please complete the following form if you purchased any of these products and still possess some proof of purchase and a team member will contact you.
