Tycko & Zavareei LLP Brings Class Action Alleging Illegal Price Fixing By Major Producers Of Memory Chips

On December 22, 2006, Tycko & Zavareei LLP filed a complaint in federal district court in the case of Canada v. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., et al.. The complaint alleges that a number of major corporations – including Samsung, Sony, Mitsubishi and Toshiba – engaged in a price fixing conspiracy to artificially raise prices for Static Random Access Memory, or SRAM.
