Facebook Location Tracking Investigation

If you turned location tracking off, but Facebook still tracked your location through its mobile app,  you may have a legal claim.

Facebook gives users the option to turn off Location History (a setting in the Facebook app), and users can also turn off Location Services (a setting in your phone). But it has been reported that platforms like Facebook track users’ location even when they turn off features like Location History and Location Services.

We are investigating whether Facebook tracks its users’ location information even when users have Location History and Location Services turned off. If you turned off Location History and Location Services, please provide us with your information below and an attorney will review your submission and may contact you about your experience.
