If you are a current or former employee of General Electric (“GE”), you may have a legal claim.
GE recently informed the public that its business partner, Canon Business Process Services, Inc. (“Canon”), experienced a data breach. GE contracts with Canon to process documents of GE employees, former employees and beneficiaries entitled to benefits.
Documents exposed in the data breach include direct deposit forms, copies of driver’s licenses, passports, birth, marriage and death certificates, and benefits application forms, potentially compromising names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank account numbers, passport numbers, dates of birth, and more.
If you are a current or former GE employee, or receive healthcare or other benefits due to your relationship with a GE employee, please complete the following form. An attorney will review your submission and contact you about your experience.
