Improper Mortgage Fees Investigation

Some mortgage lenders and/or mortgage loan servicers have been charging “convenience fees,” or “processing fees” just for making mortgage payments online or over the phone. Under applicable state law, these “pay-to-pay” fees may be unlawful.  If your mortgage lender or servicer is charging you one of these fees (usually $5 for online and $10-$15 for phone payments), please complete the form below and an attorney will review your submission and contact you about your experience.
