Words With Friends Data Breach Investigation

If you or your minor child downloaded and played the popular Words With Friends or Draw Something mobile games before September 2019, you may have a legal claim.

We are investigating a 2019 data breach of Zynga, Inc., the maker of popular mobile games including Words With Friends and Draw Something, in which players’ personal information was exposed and stolen by a hacker. Did you or your minor child play either of these games prior to September 2019? If so, you may have provided personal information to Zynga, Inc. that was exposed in this data breach.

The Zynga Data Breach exposed the personal information provided by over 173 million users who created accounts to play Words with Friends and/or Draw Something.
