Michael Kors Pays $4.9M To End Outlet Price Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (June 12, 2015, 7:33 PM ET) — Michael Kors LLC agreed to pay nearly $4.9 million to end a consumer class action alleging the company deceived shoppers by listing seemingly steep discount prices compared to “original” prices on items sold at outlet stores, according to a motion filed Friday in New York federal court.
