Christian Whitmer is a staff attorney in the Washington, D.C. office dedicated to protecting and advancing consumer rights.
After graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in 2023, Christian worked for the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, enforcing the District’s wage and hour laws and investigating violations of the District of Columbia’s False Claims Act. During his time at the Attorney General, Christian was involved in cases that recovered millions of dollars for aggrieved workers and the District.
Prior to law school, Christian worked on affordable housing policy for a national non-profit, focusing on outreach to Presidential candidates in advance of the 2020 election. During law school, Christian continued his work in the housing space, serving as a clerk for a legal aid organization that defends tenants who are facing eviction.
