In September 2023, MGM Resorts International announced that they had identified a cybersecurity issue affecting some of the company’s systems. It is unclear how many people were affected and what kind of consumer data was exposed by the cyberattack. Those impacted should contact a class action attorney to learn their rights as it relates to the breach of their information. All Las Vegas resorts owned by MGM Resorts including Aria, Bellagio, Luxor, MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay, as well as properties outside of Las Vegas such as MGM Springfield in Massachusetts, MGM National Harbor and Empire City Casino in New York were affected by the cyberattack.
