We are a top-ranked, plaintiff-side litigation boutique with a strong public interest bent. Our practice focuses on consumer class actions, whistleblower qui tam litigation, and other complex civil litigation. We have an opening for an Associate in our Oakland, CA office. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of post-law school litigation experience.

We currently are operating on an “office optional” basis, with our attorneys given flexibility to work remotely or from our office located in Oakland. For this position, we are willing to consider applicants currently living either in the Bay Area or the Los Angeles area.
