August 31, 2021. In recognition of his successes in consumer protection class action litigation, Hassan Zavareei was chosen for the 2021 Law360 MVP list for Class Action. Law360 editors reviewed over 900 submissions to determine “Most Valuable Players” for several practice categories. This award goes to attorneys who have “distinguished themselves from their peers by securing hard-earned successes in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.”
Of the award, Mr. Zavareei says, “This is a great honor, which I attribute to the hard work of our incredible team of lawyers dedicated to achieving economic justice for our clients.”
In the interview, Mr. Zavareei expounded upon why he is a class action attorney:
Every day, even the tough days, at least I feel like I’m doing something that I love, which is practicing law, and doing it for people who need help. We’re doing something to move the needle against the corporate exploitation that pervades pretty much all of our society and is particularly pernicious when it comes to poor people and people of color.
