They’re not gotcha type cases – they matter, in particular if you look at the economic justice cases against the banks that we’ve filed and settled and are continuing to litigate over the years, most of those involved banking practices that affect typically people who are living paycheck to paycheck and are often most preyed upon by banks and financial institutions.
