On July 15, 2021, at the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) Annual Convention in Las Vegas, NV, Jonathan Tycko was elected to the Executive Committee of the AAJ’s Qui Tam Litigation Group. The Qui Tam Litigation Group is a discussion and networking group for AAJ members to share knowledge and obtain education about the complexities of whistleblower litigation.
On his election to the Executive Committee, Mr. Tycko says, “I look forward to working with the other member of the Executive Committee to grow the Qui Tam Litigation Group, and to reach out to all of AAJ’s members to offer opportunities to learn about whistleblower litigation. Qui tam cases brought under the False Claims Act, and other types of whistleblower cases, are incredibly important for exposing fraud and other illegal conduct, and it’s an honor to represent brave whistleblower clients in their quest for truth and justice.”
About AAJ: AAJ is a coalition of and resource group for legal professionals dedicated to promoting justice and fairness for injured persons.
