19 APRIL 2022. Tycko & Zavareei LLP is pleased to announce that Wes Griffith is joining the firm as Of Counsel in the Oakland, California office. Mr. Griffith brings a decade of experience from working at two of the nation’s top defense firms, where he represented some of the world’s largest companies in class actions and in complex litigation and regulatory matters.
Mr. Griffith now uses those same skills to advocate on behalf of his consumer clients. He is dedicated to tenaciously advancing his clients’ interests through all phases of litigation, including trial and on appeal. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, Mr. Griffith has been involved with dozens of significant settlements over the course of his career, including settlements valued at over $100 million, and he has defended those settlements in parallel actions and on appeal.
