Why Tycko & Zavareei LLP?

At Tycko & Zavareei, I have the unique opportunity to do meaningful work that aligns my professional interests with my personal values. I am incredibly excited to be part of a team of dedicated advocates fighting for economic justice and lawyering for the public interest.

Alinnah Qiao is a Public Interest Fellow in the Washington, D.C. office. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2026.

While at Harvard, Alinnah provided over 1,000 hours of pro bono legal services. As a Student Attorney in the Cyberlaw Clinic and the Consumer Protection Clinic, Alinnah represented consumers and nonprofits advocating for greater privacy protections, economic justice, and government transparency. As a Law Clerk in the Consumer Protection Section of the California Attorney General’s Office, she analyzed novel questions of statutory interpretation to assist in the Attorney General’s investigation of a major data breach. Alinnah also gained invaluable insight into the judicial process as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Patti Saris of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

During her law school summers, Alinnah worked at a plaintiffs’ firm and in the Office of U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren, where she helped lead oversight projects and investigations across the Senator’s technology, antitrust, and corporate governance portfolios.

Prior to law school, Alinnah worked at the Electronic Privacy Information Center, where she developed her commitment to issues at the intersection of technology and civil rights.

Alinnah received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied Political Economy, Public Policy, and Media Studies.
