Why Tycko & Zavareei LLP?

I believe that corporate wrongdoers should be held accountable and that wrongdoing should be set right on behalf of everyone. The team at Tycko & Zavareei are committed to that mission, which I hold dear.

Currently, his work deals with cases regarding unlawful conduct committed by government agencies, manufacturers, retailers, and employers.

  • Negotiated a favorable settlement for a class of individuals who had been over charged for their title insurance policies by a regional title insurance company;
  • Negotiated a favorable settlement for a class of employees of a Cleveland based restaurant who were not properly paid for all overtime hours worked;
  • Served as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General in an investigation against a national broadband internet provider related to allegations that the provider was “throttling” internet speeds delivered to consumers;
  • Worked on trial teams for multiple wage and hour class actions and collective actions brought by plaintiffs that alleged they were improperly classified or were not paid the required minimum or overtime wages;
  • Served on the Law and Briefing Committee in the In re East Palestine Train Derailment matter (N.D. Ohio); and
  • Defeated dispositive motions by retailers in actions alleging unlawful advertising and marketing practices.
