Attorney Patrick Brickman’s work focuses on class actions and complex litigation. His cases primarily deal with unlawful conduct committed by government agencies, manufacturers, retailers, and employers. Mr. Brickman’s work covers numerous areas of law, including consumer law, real estate law, insurance law, commercial law, constitutional law, tax law, advertising law, wage & hour law, benefits law, and more.
Mr. Brickman attended the University of Dayton for his undergraduate studies and the University of Akron School of Law where he was an advocate on the moot court team and an associate editor for the Akron Law Review.
Mr. Brickman has a passion for holding corporations and governments accountable to consumers, small businesses, and taxpayers.
