Sabita will co-lead the session “Hub & Spoke” about complex data privacy cases that involve both a platform (“hub”) and its customers (“spokes”), alongside Ashley M. Crooks of Hausfeld, Kennedy Brian of Siri & Glimstad LLP, and Patrick Donathen of Lynch Carpenter.

Sabita J. Soneji, Partner at Tycko & Zavareei LLP and leader of the firm’s Privacy and Data Breach Group, represents consumers in class actions involving data breaches, corporate misconduct, and predatory financial practices.
